London has again come under attack as several small explosions were heard...authorities are refusing to speculate on the nature of the attacks, but haven't yet ruled out terrorisim.Part of the underground network was shut , but police said the emergency was not as serious as July 7th...it later became clear that the attacks had either failed altogether, or lacked the sophistication of the July 7th bombs.London Police Cheif Ian Blair told reporters we know that we've had 4 explosions or attempts at explosions. It is unclear what has happened.. the bombs appear to be smaller than last time... Only 1 person was injured and there were no fatalities..An Italian tourist said ..A man was carrying a rucksack that suddenly exploded, a minor explosion but enough to blow open the rucksack, he then exclaimed as if something had gone wrong and everyone rushed off the carriage....Police sources said they were hunting several fugatives according to BBC tv...

These terrorists did a worse job than they did two weeks ago. This country can bost to have the worst terrorists in teh world. They're far worst at doing what they intend to than terrorists in other countries. Some people said they couldn't stop one of them because they had too mucbh luggage but if they'd left it there and given chase I don't think anyone would have nicked it afterall, they were all after the terrorist.
